比賽須知 Rules & Regulations

1. 大會建議參加者在報名前及參賽前先行諮詢醫生意見,參加者應於比賽前進行充足的訓練,以確保其身體狀況可應付此競賽並能完成所參加之比賽路程。

2. 一但參加者遞交申請及參與競賽

     >  參加者向大會保證及確認身體狀況適宜參與及完成競賽

     >  如參加者因其身體狀況不適宜參與及完成活動而引致其或他人受傷或身亡; 及 任何財物損失,參加者同意向大會彌償一切損失。

 3. 參加者需為16歲或以上人士(以2002年或以前出生為準)。

      i)  未滿16歲之參賽者必須有最少一名家長或法定監護人陪同參加。未滿18歲之參加者(以活動當日計算),需於網上報名時由家

          長或監護人確認《家長/監護人聲明》,方可參加是次活動。

 

1.   Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctors prior to registering and taking part in the race. Runners should

      have adequate training before the race to ensure that they are physically fit to participate and complete the race category

      they have entered.

2.   By submitting their application and subsequently taking part in the race, Participants:

      > warrants and confirms to the Organiser that they are physically fit to take part in and complete the race;

      > agrees to indemnify the Organiser and hold the Organiser indemnified and harmless for

      i)  any injury or death suffered by the Participants themselves or any other persons; and
      ii) any property damaged as a result of them not being physically fit to take part in and complete the race.

3.   Participants must be aged 16 or above (born before 2002).

      i) Participants aged below 18 (as of the event day) are required to obtain parental or guardian

         consent in the “Parent/Guardian Declaration” during online registration before participating in the event.

 

報名須知 Rules & Regulations

1. 成功報名之參加者將於7個工作天內以電郵方式收到大會確認書,如未有收到通知,請聯絡大會查詢閣下報名申請

2. 大會恕不接受現場報名。

3. 大會在得悉或懷疑的情況下,保留限制、拒絕接受報名或取消任何不適宜參加本活動之參加者資格的權利。(如 申請者提供錯誤資料,不能繳交報名表及費用;不依從正確報名程序報名;或任何懷孕或患慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓人士)。

4. 報名一經接納,報名費恕不退還。已遞交的報名或重覆報名,均不設退款、轉名安排及取消服務。被取消資格人士的報名費及其他費用,將不獲退還。

5. 大會保留聯絡申請者之權利,以便查詢有關其報名資料之事宜。

6. 大會保留本活動之最終決定權,任何有關活動的臨時活動改動或消息將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安,或作出其他大會認為不當的行為,大會有權取消參加者的資格。

7. 大會保留解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消,將以官方網站通知為準。

 

1. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address automatically after successful registration. If you do

    not receive the email within 7 days, please contact the organiser for inquiry.

2. On-site registration will not be accepted.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and reject entries or disqualify any participants known or suspected to be unfit to

     participate in the event (e.g. Participants provide incorrect information, fail to pay entry fees or do not follow correct

     application procedures; or any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high

     blood pressure).

4. Once the entry is accepted, the entry fee cannot be refunded. All submitted or multiple enrolment materials are non-

    refundable, non-transferable and non-cancelable under any circumstances. The entry fee and other fees of the disqualified

    person will not be refunded.

5. The Organiser reserves the right to contact Participants for information regarding their registration.

6. The Organiser reserves the right of final decisions of the event. Any changes or contingency measures for the event announced

    by the Organiser and posted on the Official website shall prevail. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify

    participants who commit any conduct which arouses public concern or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Organiser.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret the above rules. Temporary changes or cancellation of any activities will be

    subject to the notice on the official website.

惡劣天氣安排 Bad Weather

1. 如比賽當日早上六時前懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,賽事將會取消。

2. 如比賽當日早上六時前懸掛黑色暴雨,賽事將會取消。

3. 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛以上任何警告,賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。

4. 如是次比賽因天氣惡劣或懸掛以上任何警告而取消,將不設補賽。報名費將不獲退還。

5. 大會建議參加者請在比賽早上致電香港天文臺(電話:1878200)查詢有關天氣情況。

1. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted by 6:00am on event day, the event will be cancelled.

2. If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted by 6:00am on event day, the event will be cancelled.

3. If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings are hoisted after the commencement of the race, the Event Director has

    the right to change the event distance or event arrangement, or to stop the event. Entry Fee will not be refunded.

4. Should the event be cancelled, there will be no make-up race.

5. Please check the event day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).

當日事宜 Race Day

1. 大會將設有行李寄存服務、水站及醫療站。如有需要,請預留充足的時間寄存行李後再移步前往起跑區內等候。敬請注意,參加者不宜寄存任何貴重物品。如寄存物品有任何損失或損壞,大會概不負責。

2. 請把號碼布妥善地懸掛於胸前顯眼位置,以便賽道工作人員記錄。參加者需妥善保管賽事物資如號碼布,如有遺失,大會將不會補發。

3. 參加者需自行購買個人意外保險。

4. 為確保各參加者之安全,大會工作人員將於賽道沿途維持秩序,參加者必須遵從工作人員的指示。

5. 為免釀成意外,大會呼籲參加者切勿於起步區、賽道範圍及終點區停留拍攝。

6. 10公里賽道時限2小時,因此,將於上午10時30分關閉,20公里賽道限時3小時,因此,將於上午11時關閉。

7. 為確保緊急車輛能於賽事進行期間迅速前往意外事故現場,參加者請勿進入緊急車輛通道及需遵守工作人員指示。

8. 為了減低終點區的擠迫情況及避免發生意外,參加者抵達終點線後,請盡快離開終點區及食物供應區。

 

1. Baggage storage, water stations, and first-aid stations will be provided. Please reserve sufficient time for baggage storage

    before proceeding to the starting area. Please do not store any valuables. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or

    damage of the baggage stored with us.

2. Runners’ bibs should be displayed in a prominent position on the chest. Participants are required to keep the race kits, such as

    the bibs, secure. Any lost items will not be reissued.

3. Participants are advised to take up their own personal accident insurance policies.

4. To ensure the safety of the participants, race officials will be deployed along the route. Participants must follow instructions

    given by the race officials.

5. For safety reasons, participants are strongly advised not to stop and take photos or videos near the starting area, along the

    course and at the finish area.

6. The cut-off time for 10 KM and 20 KM run is 2 hours and 3 hours respectively. Therefore, the 10 KM and 20 KM course will be

    closed at 10:30AM and 11PM respectively. To facilitate the reopening of closed roads at designated times, checkpoints will be

    set up at different locations along the course. Participants who fail to reach the designated checkpoints at specific times will be

    requested by race officials to leave the course. Such participants must follow instructions from the race officials to return to

    the starting area. The Organiser reserves the right to reject applications of participants who refuse to follow the instructions of

    the race officials for all future events organised by UNESCO HK or iBanSport.

7. To ensure emergency vehicles can reach the site without delay in case of emergencies, participants are reminded not to enter

    the Emergency Vehicle Access area during the race. Please follow instructions given by race officials.

8. To avoid overcrowding and accidents at the Finish Area, participants are required to leave the Finish Area as soon as possible

    upon completing the race.

 

會場交通 Transportation

1. 巴士 Buses

乘達九巴士92號由鑽石山方向入西貢或299x號由沙田方向入西貢,再轉乘九巴94號由西貢巴士總站至北潭湧站營地下車,假日可於鑽石山搭乘九巴96R號

Take KMB bus No. 92 from Diamond Hill to Sai Kung or No. 299X from Sha Tin to Sai Kung.Transfer to No. 94 at Sai Kung bus station and alight at Pak Tam Chung.

During public holidays, you can take KMB No. 96R from Diamond Hill to Pak Tam Chung directly.

 

2. 專線小巴 Mini-bus

乘達1A號西貢專線小巴由彩虹方向入西貢,再轉乘9號專線小巴,途徑營地門前下車

Take mini-bus No.1A from Choi Hung to Sai Kung, then transfer to mini-bus No.9 at Sai Kung bus station and alight at Pak Tam Chung.

3. 新界的士 Taxi (Green)

西貢市到北潭湧營(車資約55元)

A taxi from the city district of Sai Kung to the Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp should cost around $55.
